DPS300 Absolute Pressure sensor
- Miniature Size:900μm x 330μm x 250μm
- Absolute pressure range of 460 to 1060mmHg
- Stable and accurate pressure delivery
- Fully encapsulated for ease of integration
The DPS300 absolute pressure sensors are designed to invasive applications where small size is critical, the fully encapsulated for ease of integration. When excited with a DC voltage source, DPS300 produces a mV output that is proportion to the applied pressure, it delivers accurate and stable pressure for acute procedures in clinically useful range of -300mmHg to 300mmHg (460mmHg to 1060mmHg absolute). The sensor comes pre-attached to cabling, simplifying the connection for the end user.

Amplified Analog Output
The analog output at 460mmHgA will be 10% of the supply voltage, and the analog output at 1060mmHgA will be 90% of the supply voltage.
EXAMPLE:
- If the supply voltage is 5.0V and the readout is 2.0V, then the clinical pressure is calculated as follows:
- Output at Pmin = (5.0V * 0.1); Pmin = 460mmHgA
- Output at Pmax = (5.0V * 0.9); Pmax = 1060mmHgA
- Slope of this line is (1060 – 460)/ (4.5 – 0.5) = 150 mmHg/V
- Intercept of this line is -375
- Pressure at 2.0V = (2.0*150)-375=-75mmHg clinical
