Neuroscience Manufacturing Platform
Neuromodulation devices are characterized by flexible micro-wires, miniature structures, diverse specifications, and relatively limited production volumes. Critical processes such as micro-wire handling, electrode welding, and precision assembly still rely heavily on skilled manual operations. Meanwhile, implantable medical devices are subject to stringent requirements for quality systems, manufacturing environments, and process traceability. More suppliers also mean more quality-system interfaces, product transfers, and process variables.
The Diagsensor Neuroscience Manufacturing Platform is designed to reduce the risks associated with transferring implantable components across multiple suppliers. By integrating capabilities including micro-wire processing, electrode assembly, sensor integration, and precision assembly, supported by an ISO Class 7 cleanroom manufacturing environment, we provide an integrated CM platform covering R&D prototyping, pilot production, and volume manufacturing.
